Nominators should have contacted a sponsoring organization about proposed nominations by this date.

Nomination material to be delivered to sponsoring organization for review.

Deadline for sponsoring organizations to submit nominations to CMHF.

• CMHF Board meets to select new inductees.
• CMHF Chair informs successful candidates and their nominators.
• CMHF Chair informs sponsoring organizations of nomination outcomes, and returns unsuccessful nomination packages to sponsoring organization
• Sponsoring organizations are asked to inform unsuccessful nominators of the outcome of the selection process promptly, and to return the original nomination package so that it can be re-submitted another year if appropriate. Nominations can be submitted up to three times, but must be submitted through a sponsoring organization each time.

October
New inductees are contacted by hostesses, and by producer of AV show.

November
Public announcement of new inductees is made, initially in The Northern Miner, and induction ceremony invitations are sent out, 6-8 weeks in advance of the dinner.

January
Annual dinner and induction ceremony.
